- A local office and their own install team — not a broker with subcontractors.
The best questions to ask any solar company
- Who actually installs the system — your own team, or subcontractors?
- How did you size this system — from my bill, or from how we actually use energy?
- What exactly is covered by the workmanship warranty — and who honours it?
- How long have you been operating locally, and can I see recent local installs?
- Who do I call if something goes wrong in year five?
